If you have lost your personalised Octopus card, you can call the Octopus Hotline at 2266 2266 , to report the loss. 

The Hotline is manned : 
during weekdays 
from 09:00 to 17:30 
on Saturdays 
from 09:30 to 13:00 
and a tape recording system will be used during non-office hours. 

You can also report the loss of your Personalised card by sending a fax to 2266 2211 or 
by email to cardoperations@octopuscards.com
